Super friendly, easy to work with, and available literally ANY time I tried to reach out with questions via email/text/phone. That was really important to me because our wedding planner bailed on us 30 days prior to our wedding day, causing some bride trauma, EWWW. Bonnie was down to joke around and assure me everything would be fine. Even when she suffered a broken ankle, she still showed up AND provided a third photographer to make sure we still got the experience we expected.
